Schedule your InBody, Body Composition Scan

Why not use a scale?

A traditional scale doesn't paint an accurate picture of your progress as you workout. In the initial weeks or even months of working out, you're often building muscle at a rate equal to the rate at which you are burning fat. The result can be little or no change on the scale, when in reality, you are making a material change in your health and overall level of fitness.

Why an BIA Scan?

Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) can be used for measuring body composition, including muscle mass, body fat, and total body water. Alternating low and high-frequency electrical currents are sent through the water in the body via contact with electrodes to measure impedance and to identify the types of tissue found in the body.

Why the InBody Scan?

InBody uses a combination of low and high frequencies to determine extracellular, intracellular, and total water. Unlike other devices, it measures composition without relying on assumptions based on age, sex, ethnicity, or body shape, and thereby producing accurate and precise results for everyone.
